The Solution
We have created a Content Management System (CMS) which is simple to use and allows you to have a website that is 100% updateable.
We will create your website design for you initially, in your school colours with a professional structure design, and then we will show you how to update your website. In less than an hour, you will be in control of your website.
Benefits of our Content Management System (CMS)
A Content Management System (CMS) is software that you use to edit and update your website. Not all CMS are equal - we have built ours over the past 5 years specifically for schools.
You will be able to edit your website from any computer that is connected to the Internet. Our CMS works via either Internet Explorer or Firefox on both a PC or Mac. You get over 1000MB of storage space for your website and you can also have up to 10 email accounts.
"Rome wasn't built in a day" - The great thing about using our CMS is that your website can grow over time. You can start off with a few pages and when you have time, you can add in additional ones.
Design Options
You can select from 12 different types of layouts. Usually the menu is either down the left or across the top. We will change the images, school crest and colours to match your school.

How It Works
All you need to do is call us to discuss your website and then follow our 3 Easy Steps.
You can add in new pages or "menu headings" on your website (and the menu will automatically updated) and drag-and-drop in tables and content (text, images etc) and place them exactly where you want them on the page.
Any person with basic computer skills can use our CMS. Our CMS even automatically re-sizes and optimizes any images that you put on your website so you don't have to know how to resize images! Most CMS do not do this.
When users type in your domain, which is usually something like www.yourschool-p.schools.state.edu.au, they will be instantly redirected to your website.
IMPORTANT: All your website pages will be at: www.yourschool.state.edu.au/page. Some cheap and inferior products don't offer this which is very bad for search engines and bookmarks.
